      Pros

      Interesting field to work in. Fantastic support system in terms of a family environment and other profit centers assisting one another. Give you the tools you need to succeed. Profit Sharing once a year is a bonus.

      Your experience is completely dependent upon which profit center you are at. Can feel like an endless and thankless job at times. No accountability for mistakes

      Cons

      old fashioned, out of date procedures, micromanagers, no personal growth, no personal empowerment, not a place for thinking outside the box, stagnant policies, rigid and regimented, they should hire robots, not people that think, would not recommend this place to anyone

      I am sorry to hear about your experience with our company. I can tell you that your experience is not the norm. With the decentralized business, it is hard to ensure that we have a completely consistent experience across the board, but what we hope is that the managers will inspire individuals to think outside the box and come up with solutions to complex problems that we may have not seen as problems in the past.
