      Lots of travel in the management training program, with lots of important vendors to meet.

      Cons

      The work atmosphere is not always the most positive.

      Pros

      Independent location mentality. The manager if allowed to run the business as he pleases with little influence from divisional management. The work environment consists with dealing with local contractors which requires thick skin and easygoing attitude.

      Cons

      Market dependent business can affect business easily. Personal growth is limited as I was not allowed to take Master Degree classes I was personally paying for. Also, the advancement limit is being a branch manager for the most part. Higher level management positions are extremely limited and usually occupied till retirement.
