      Flexible with time. Great work life balance.

      Not a ton of growth opportunity. Compensation is mostly based on profit sharing which is determined by management.

      World class training which may be considered as an on the job MBA. Great corporate structure with an amazing inventive program in Profit Sharing maximizing each employees potential. Also get the opportunity to travel around the country!

      Cons

      Training depends 100% on who your guiding profit center manager is. This being the case, be very up front and blunt about what you hope to achieve and where you are regarding your time frame.
