      Pros

      Great people and opportunities if you are willing to work hard. The company structure is set up to reward those that are willing to put in the extra effort and add value.

      Cons

      Pay can be low in the beginning. Also, because most of the people enjoy working for the company people tend to stick around so getting a promotion can sometimes mean waiting for the person above you to retire.

      Pros

      CED has an incredible culture built for those who want to control their earning potential. This type of opportunity and the work ethic it takes to achieve it does not lend itself to all. CED has done more for me and my family than I ever imagined coming out of college. With a Family First mentality backed by ethics and integrity, CED is a career perfect for those who want to lead.

      Cons

      The decentralized nature of the business model can lead to variability. Each PC Manager is different, and so each experience can be different. But that is the same for every job.
