      Pros

      I learned how to work a lot of different accounting hats and managed my time accordingly.

      Cons

      I was not well trained and had to learn a lot of my accounting functions on the fly.

      Pros

      Terrific co-workers, always willing to help out. Managers are also always willing to pitch in to help & to answer questions.

      Cons

      Ancient computer system so lots of thing that should be automated are done manually. Bonus based on store profitability is given instead of annual pay raise.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and mentality at this company. Senior management great. The company has a program that allows you to work towards a management position. It is a great way to gain experience at different sites and potentially move up in the company.

      Cons

      The benefits are limited for short term employees, they are more for long term employees(2+ years). Lack of organization often creates confusion both in the office and the warehouse.
