      Pros

      Great flexibility and freedom. You're like a franchise owner who did not have to pay into the franchise. The level of authority you're given as a manager is amazing.

      Cons

      The biggest con is also a strength in some situations. The de-centralized model can be a benefit in regards to the freedom each PC Manager has, but it can also be a detriment during vendor negotiations. Vendors do not view us as a single entity in most cases and it hurts our buying power.
