Pros
It's a solid place to work. However, it's really interesting how you're expected to grow business without any commission. Relying on securing a profit-sharing check from your manager to compensate for a below-average salary, mediocre health benefits, and an average 401K is very difficult.
Cons
Everything is below average to be honest. If you aren't a manager, its pretty difficult to purchase a home, have a family, secure retirement, have nice things.
