Low base pay. Absolutely ZERO training. Performance reviews also changed. One week I'd be told I'm way ahead of the curve, less than a month later I'd be told I'm lagging behind. Customers were absolutely awful at times and acted like spoiled brats.

The downside to working for CED Spokane is there is a lot of drama in the form of harassment if you don’t fit in, females are often disrespected by electricians and PC manager does nothing about it. Warehouse workers pull most of the weight inside the shop and you’ll often see you’re warehouse supervisor doing nothing or getting by with the bare minimum yet takes credit for everything. PC manager is not hands on and tends to favor the ones who create the drama as it’s easier to support/Reward incompetence.
