      You have the opportunity to run your own business.

      Pros

      You are allowed the freedom to run your own CED Profit Center as though it is your own business. This freedom can be daunting at times but for those that see themselves as an entrepreneur I can't think of a better opportunity.

      Cons

      If you aren't a self motivated and goal oriented individual CED's business model and the freedom you are afforded can be difficult to grasp and you may struggle.

      Pros

      Good working environment. Don’t feel micromanaged. Upside potential in pay through profit sharing. Hard workers who are willing to learn usually do well.

      Cons

      Pay is dependent on store profit and manager preference. Smaller base wage is usually too small to live on and there are very few raises. Dependent on annual profit sharing to make a decent living. Not a lot of potential for promotion.

      Good benefits, relaxed atmosphere. Lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Salary being based on profit sharing is a huge negative. Pay is low.
