      Pros

      Great entreprenuerial atmosphere. If you have the right Management and a good market the sky's the limit at CED. Very little corporate involvement in your day to day and you truly get to run your own business.

      Cons

      Rigid pay structure, and profit sharing rigidity lends itself to lack of investments and strategic thinking when necessary. Can be slow to develop technological solutions to problems.

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits and the co-workers were a joy to work with.

      Cons

      This profit center is going through growing pains. The facility is just not big enough. This will be corrected of course when they move to a new building.
