      - family like culture, everyone really cares for everyone else. - profit sharing = direct reward for hard work. if you work hard, your efforts do NOT go unseen. - best manager I have ever had. He is always willing to drop what he is doing and answer questions/share his knowledge. This was extremely helpful when since I was new to the industry - tons of growth with structured training program in an ever evolving industry.

      Cons

      male dominated field - which may seem obvious. so if this may be an issue for you, then prob not good fit.
