      Pros

      Being a PCM gives you the flexibility to run the business, just like you are the owner. 100% of the responsibility is on you and that will make or break a great Profit Center.

      Cons

      The longer I work here the more I realize the negative aspects come down to a good or bad PCM. PC appearance, moral, profitability all fall under the PC manager umbrella.

      They made sure that you knew how to do all of the tasks within the location, from warehouse to front desk to computer work.

      Cons

      The training process was too long and became stagnant at one point.
