      The lack of commission and open culture allow for more opportunities to learn sales and the Industry as a whole. Good profit share rather than repeated bidding trying to get commission Annual 401k bonus Easy to succeed

      Smaller market share company in most areas trying to punch above its weight. You don't have the capacity to service some customers.

      People feel passed over for promotions but it comes down to you as an individual and your commitment. This is not a con but more a something that is misunderstood by some.

      Pros

      managers are understanding, training is good.

      Cons

      They expect a lot from their IT analysts. You're on the phone constantly, don't have enough time to accurately write tickets, the department makes changes with not enough testing/information, causing more stress on those that have to answer the phones when something breaks.
