Great work enviroment/ Nepotism on profit sharing
Pros
They just updated their warehouse, Absolutely amazing building to work in. Matt Jonson the CDC manager is a Top G. Most everyone is kind.
Cons
A lot of people working in sales and logistics roles that are not competent and make day to day ops ridiculously unorganized. Poor pay during the year, banking on a profit sharing check you have no idea what its going to look like. You are encouraged to not tell anyone how much you make in your checks. I will say 6k seems like alot of money for year 1 but after taxes It left me at like 3.4k. Averaging it all out I ended up barely making 20/ hr. Profit sharing is based on how much you are liked and not based off how difficult the work you are doing is. I found out a cutter who joined after me worked the same time frame with no big projects, He was cut a 20,000$ check for his first year.
