      Consor has been an incredibly great place to join. As a young company born from entrepreneurs it is exciting to see the vision and the drive to create a company that is best in class, placing their staff first and building a community of our own to serve our own communities. Dynamic, aggressive, forward looking, striving for best in class, and a companionate environment to work and grow are always I would describe Consor.

      Growing fast can sometimes bring growing pains, but the leadership is listening and responds to the pain points with honesty.

It sounds like you were part of one of our teams experiencing peak demand, and while there will always be times of peak demand in our industry, we could have done a better job communicating what we are doing to rebalance the workload. We love that Consor is making an impact in our communities, with more clients relying on us for their transportation and water needs, and we are hiring and distributing workload across other geographies to ease the peak demand some of our teams are experiencing. Work-life balance matters to us.       I've been with Consor 5 years and have been given awesome opportunities for advancement and specialization in my career as I expressed the desire. The growth the company has seen has opened up great opportunities to work on a variety of project types and move into roles more specific to my interests. My compensation and benefits have continued to grow, and my team and boss are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Growth and change that happens quickly can be difficult to manage- i've seen a handful of people I enjoyed working with leave for something different.
