Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm glad to hear you enjoy the projects you're working on, our flexibility, and our overall compensation package. Supervisors can definitely set the tone for an employee's work experience, and I'm sorry that the work environment you've experienced does not align with the culture we aim to cultivate. I encourage you to reach out to me, or your local HR Partner, or use our anonymous reporting platform, All Voices, so we can better understand what you’ve felt. Core to who we are as a firm is wanting all team members to be “better for the experience” with Consor; encouraging a positive environment where all team members feel supported to learn and grow in their careers is key. To encourage more transparency in career growth and opportunities, we recently rolled out a framework that provides all employees visibility into roles, competencies needed, and growth paths across Consor. We want to put you in the driver’s seat, while making sure you have the support and resources needed to get where you want to go! I encourage you to connect with your supervisor during this fall’s Check-In about your growth and development and the career path you envision. As Chief People Officer, my door and phone line are open if you have additional questions, concerns, or ideas. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

Pros

1. The type of work and the clients 2. The meaningful contributions to community 3. Relationships. People care about each other. 4. Where there is a structure, its not beaten into everyone all the time. Its fluid and everyone is willing to get their hands dirty. 5. Support. People want to help each other.

Cons

1. There is a ton of change the constantly originated by corporate. 2. Workload can be grueling at times. Feels like that may be the whole industry right now. 3. Communication on where we are going. While we know there is a strategy, there is no communication of it and the employees want to know we are contributing to a bigger goal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Consor. It's wonderful to hear you enjoy your work and find it meaningful, and the supportive relationships and collaborative, helping hand environment. I appreciate your insights and agree that we can continue to improve how we communicate the direction we are heading as a firm, future changes and the whys, and what we're doing to rebalance peak workloads. Hopefully, we'll see you at our All-Staff townhall coming up in just a few weeks!
