Generally nice environment to work in.

Cons

It‘s getting more corporate day by day. Too many mid level management. Poor pay is the highlight of this review. Other companies in my area pay at least 10% more than Consor.

The Culture is supportive, management is willing to have discussions with you and make accommodations to try and help suit your needs and keep you productive.

Cons

This is no 6 figure job without any sort of degree. Training into a higher paid position is a long wait time.
