Pros

Positive and supporting culture, great pay and lots of opportunity for growth. Saved a lot of money on benefits compared to past employers. Support groups (IT, Accounting, HR, Marketing) are easy to work with and very helpful.

Cons

More cross discipline collaboration needed.
