      High salary for the area.

      Cons

      Promote talking heads without the proper experience. Good at telling people what they want to hear but no follow through. No look ahead or concern for staffing or plant issues down the road leaving the rest to work harder and longer hours.

      If in Mass Markets, nearly zero growth opportunity. Favoritism is recognizable, and there is toxicity in the environment within the team.
