Pros

Always in need of new engineers. Refueling outages allow for paid overtime. Normally 75-80% remote with exceptions such as on-duty call ins or during an outage. Tasks are procedurally guided and initial and continuous training are provided on the job.

Cons

Rotating on-call for emergency response duty. Rotating on-call for engineering duty (Usually aligning with emergency response duty and both do not include OT). Yearly refueling outage where workers are expected to work 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week lasting for about a month.
