      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, people. Even though we were laid off due to restructuring, Constellation really took care of us and gave us a year's heads up.

      Cons

      The work was a little mundane at times but somebody's gotta do it!

      - Great Pay - 12 Hour shifts and 4/3 day work weeks (They invert) - Low work - Very understanding - Management is super

      - No Night Shift Differential - Corporate uncooperative with Equipment - Work Life Balance can be a struggle
