      The compensation and benefits are good, the workload is usually managaeable, benefits are great.

      Cons

      The only problem is a bad workplace culture; No leadership, Leadership not aware of what is going on.

      The environment is really bad in Constellation Energy. You work on week end and late every day. Management does not care about work life balance. Think twice before you accept your offer letter. Do not just look at the salary as you will be disappointed. Management have even problem have people to accept offers as when you see how people work in company you will change your mind.
