Pros

Work life balance, lots of networking opportunity. They did allow contractors to work from home in the beginning, and things started to change after new leadership appointed.

Cons

Team building non existent, employees not friendly. Was a contractor there, and was not always treated well. Worked other places and being a contractor was better.

Pros

The company has great health benefits. They also have a great diversity programs to engage employees. Good opportunity to move around the organization.

Cons

Lower level management not trained on how to be good leaders. Many are placed in these positions based on who they know not what they know. Houston does not get all the extra benefits the employees at the corporate office are given.
