      They have excellent pay and benefits.

      Communication between departments could have been better, but they are working on improving that.

      Pros

      A lot of effort was spent maintaining communications internally amongst all levels about what the parent company and leadership were working on. Roll out of internal mentorship program offered cross-department thought leadership and engagement.

      Cons

      Growing pains. A lot of challenges as embedded business groups were forced to adapt and share information interdepartmentally. Competing department agendas often made collaboration difficult. Multiple restructuring efforts made it confusing to know who did what. Overstretched compliance department created delays for operations, sales and marketing to be successful in a timely manner among emerging and embedded markets. Limited career movement and development opportunities offered.

      Pros

      Very good work environment: nice and helpful co-workers and excellent life-work balance. The low cost of living in Baltimore makes the living standard remarkable. Management is demanding but values work-life balance at the same time. The work on the trade floor is exciting and interesting. Opportunities to learn a lot and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Current office building maybe a bit old but that should be fixed soon with the new building in Harbour East (which looks awesome).
