      Pros

      Offers health, dental, and vision insurance.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities. Lots of micromanaging. Company expanding in other states but haven't gotten things perfected in their primary area. They will hire someone off the street with no experience before promoting a loyal employee and training them for the position. The departments do not work together. Pay increases are horrible.

      Pros

      Good, dependable company. Lived in a small rural area and raised my children there.

      Cons

      Nuclear workers work long hours, especially in Engineering disciplines. This is not only during outage periods, but many nights.
