      Competitive Salary with good management leadership. Since company offers wide range of services and products, it got lot of options and opportunities for folks.

      From career growth perspective, it might be little slow but all depends on the role and department.

      Cover the entire retail energy product and service portfolio right from being the largest retail energy provider with offerings in commodity, demand response, energy efficiency, solar and other renewable energy attributes

      Cons

      Due to the internal structural challenges it is difficult to effectively provide a comprehensive offering. Commodity sales force which is the largest individual group are hesitant in offering comprehensive service offerings due to differing sales cycles and lack of knowledge

      Pros

      The company has some great benefits. They recently went through a restructuring and improved the benefit package. The company also tries to hold company wide meetings on a regular basis to keep you informed of the company's progress.

      Cons

      There is no team work. Everyone seems to be trying to get recognition for themselves and not working together as they should.
