      one of the largest company in the industry; ability to move within the company, capable employees.

      Cons

      does not get rid of bad managers, poor upper level mgmt, old generation, increasingly competitive market. Silo-ed divisions create inability to cross-sell products

      Flat leadership structure, above-average comp, flexible work hours, opportunity to be promoted internally, flexible approach to work, senior leadership is with in reach for exposure and networking

      Cons

      Not all departments are as good to work in, Bonus structure is a little behind the times, no increase in PTO until 10+ years with the company, policies are not well documented, HR moved like a turtle
