      Pros

      Had a great experience ar Constellation. They have a great culture with great workers. My team worked very well together and they paid well.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seemed that it was hard to move within the company. I enjoyed my team but felt if I wanted to switch it would of been hard.

      Large bonus potential; Good work-life balance as long as your manager likes you; Convenient to downtown Baltimore; People in the area know what company you work for

      Constellation is portrayed as a greedy company in the local media, so people might think badly of you if they know what company you work for

      Stable career. Good development program for young professionals.

      Cons

      "Old" and outdated company policy and benefits is not keeping up with the trend of the electronic age. Schedule is not as flexible as it can be. Pay is comparatively lower than market worth.
