      Exelon was the worst thing to happen to a good company

      Pros

      Was a great place to work. Friendly people, knowledgeable managers and good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Now its all about the imported employees from Exelon. They are not as capable, but have all the management positions and need constant coddling.

      Pros

      Excellent company culture. Good benefits. I was laid off when my department was eliminated, but I was allowed to stay on the payroll until I was fully vested in my 401K and Pension. I received severance pay and out placement as well, so all in all i was treated very well.

      Cons

      it was hard to communicate with the folks in upper management to discuss issues we we were having in the field.
