Good pay for Illinois. Good opportunities to move up if you're willing to put in a lot of extra hours. Good opportunity if you join young and go into ops.

Cons

Los of unpaid overtime. Attend culture. Los of buzzwords and performative accountability. 401k matching is bottom of the barrel.

Good benefits and remote work. Really that's it

Cons

The most oppressive corporate culture I've ever experienced. It's a big company so I can't speak for everything. But the IT side was horrible. Offshore devs with language barriers and minimal skills. Very disorganized . It was amateur hour there. If you're not an Indian, you'll be discriminated against. No work/life balance at all
