Good and bad

Pros

Good entry job, but I wouldn’t recommend staying forever. Good benefits and pay and you have the option to work remotely 2 days a week. The company offers paid paternity leave

Cons

Lots of turnover in staff- sometimes you’re left without any manager. The workload can be overwhelming due to being understaffed and be prepared for lots of overtime during the outage and unforeseen problems that arise

Not great

Pros

Lot of OT pay, some fun flying in open spaces

Cons

schedule is chaotic and constantly changing, everyone says it'll get better but it never does. You're expected to drive long distances (like to Baltimore at 5am), very long hours. 72+ hour weeks sometimes. You have no life outside of work.
