Decentish pay Good for stability

Cons

No onsite parking (not even handicap) Horrendous hours (don't listen to them it's not all 12s) Good bye to your life! Vacation time is a joke HR doesn't know what they're doing and they're petty like to secretly retaliate Medical insurance is a joke
