Pros

Decent people to work alongside. Felt good to help train and coach the new hires and/or incumbents for them to get onto a contract or remain on a contract. True relationships can be built if done the right way.

Cons

The instructors are overworked and underpaid. Plain and simple. The Upper Marlboro facility needs to be torn down and moved elsewhere. Between the school traffic and the building that is literally falling apart, I dont think DRONES should be the concern of a company who can’t keep a solid team of employees.
