Pretty good pay for the work you're doing, basically no experience needed as they will train you/teach you everything through training.

Cons

Strict management, not pleasant to work with. Forced to work full-time as a student, can't really choose hours. Shifts are 8-hour blocks, sometimes you might have to do back-to-back 8 hour shifts.

Love the work! The officers, coworkers and sups rock!

Cons

Benefits are poor, supervisors are great but upper level management will find a reason to get rid of you at the drop of a hat if they find a read to not like you.
