Pros

Nice people in the trenches.

Cons

Intermittent Employees in California were axed with no reason provided on July 1. Not a financial decision; we weren’t paid unless we worked. New CEO just hates having to comply with California regs on contractors. We complied with all their regs but weren’t as hard to exploit. Question? Is this grounds for a lawsuit? Anyone know any attorneys who would be interested?

Great work life balance, not too bad of a caseload, great coworkers and good management.

work-life balance, good training & good coworkers

Cons

Unreasonable metrics when they didn't even have cases to support the metrics. You could be a great employee, but they will let you go.
