As you likely know, Constellis has gone through many changes over the years, including numerous acquisitions. It has been a top priority to smoothly integrate the multiple companies and even though the process can be difficult, we have been making strides towards this end-goal. One of the many changes that Constellis has made to improve the employee experience is implementing a telecommuting policy. This is now a possibility pending manager approval, and depending on an individual’s performance, specific job position, along with departmental needs.
