I really can't think of a positive thing to say. It's a job you do so you have a roof over your head and food on the table and that's about it.

Cons

People don't want you to get too good at what you're doing. Means they won't let you educate yourself above your work interest. You'll be looked at as a nobody that you are. Unless you like to kiss butt you'll struggle. Unfriendly environment. 0/10 do not recommend.
