Good pay and benefits, ample opportunity to work overtime, if you can fit into the clique u may enjoy it here

Cons

Lazy sorry union workers, lying and backstabbing salaried people, management making bad major decisions. I have never worked so hard and cared so much about my work only to be told the work doesnt matter by both union and salary, supervisors having pet employees, honesty is frowned upon and dishonesty is encouraged, some crooked supervisors, very high turnover rate should tell u something

There is a lot of knowledge sharing so you will be given confident data and learn about future products of all their customers, whether you are working on the projects or not.

Cons

It’s a tiny business used to take government grants from the UK for overseas projects. They will hire and fire as they deem necessary and not based on performance but based on whether they are getting project funding or the management likes you. They don’t take on criticism and the business is prioritised over the employees health. You will not receive training unless they have to utilise a certain budget within a set time frame.
