Corrupt management, high turnover due to poor employee/ management relationship. Treat people like another number no way to advance everything is being scrutinized.

Decent pay and benifits, working conditions are good and we are for the most part treated fairly. Future looks good for production at this location, we have a good product mix and product for the customer

Cons

Union and company fighting at contract times, salary people seem to be out of touch with the ones who actually do the work
