Emotionally intelligent leadership. Compensation and benefits are great. Management is trusting, which allows one to work without feeling micromanaged. Laid back working environment, where maintaining a work/life balance is encouraged (some late nights).

Cons

Located in the middle of nowhere. People can sometimes be racist. Old equipment. Shoddy office space. Company run on an extremely tight budget.
