Pros

Employees are individually nice but scared to say anything about the bad management style. As a result the bright people leave the company and only the ones, who have been settled for a long time and don't want or can't leave stay.

Cons

The company has been so much downsized that every decision includes firing people outside of France and keep the unionized employee in France.

Using the drill for 12 hours straight gets hard other than that its was a good job

Decent pay and benifits, working conditions are good and we are for the most part treated fairly. Future looks good for production at this location, we have a good product mix and product for the customer

Cons

Union and company fighting at contract times, salary people seem to be out of touch with the ones who actually do the work
