      Dysfunctional company and people

      Pros

      I would never recommend anyone to work here no matter how desperate they need a job.

      Cons

      No interest in developing people. Have had zero training in more than two years. Some very bad behaviour (public shouting and bad language) by staff including Director level which is not addressed. Very high staff attrition either because people quit or are pushed out. Terrible communication and engagement of people which is not acceptable in a small company. Expected to work weekends with no compensation (like time off in lieu)

      Pros

      A good company with a lot of helpful colleagues. As an intern I was exposed to a lot of different tasks and responsibilities which helped me learn a lot. Working environment is very international even in its Paris office.

      Cons

      The office is actually small in Paris and the facilities are less modern and fancy. Factories and sites are scattered in France and Switzerland therefore a lot of site visits is needed if it is necessary.
