Pros

We are lucky to work with an amazing group of people at my location. Our HR team is wonderful and go out of their way to try to make work life here even just a little bit more enjoyable. Our director has our best interest in mind. They pay for higher education through UAGC if it is for a degree that can be used at the company.

Cons

There is no opportunity for growth at this location. However, there are occasional opportunities to grow somewhere else within the company.

There is a lot of growth opportunity with supervisors and managers who provide the tools and encouragement you need to exceed in whatever step you are in, in your career journey with Consumer. There are call center, work from home and retail opportunities in some states.

Cons

Lots of change, but that’s normal for any job.
