      Pros

      I've worked at some pretty awful companies with AWFUL management, but this is not one of those. The management team has fully supported and acknowledged every effort I have made, and I feel very valued. The values of the company are easy to agree with. Great benefits, great pay. 10/10.

      Cons

      Truly cannot think of any. They've worked with me to change to shifts I want, very understanding team.

      Pros

      Some the pros of working at Consumer Cellular are feeling like you are really helping people get quality phone service at affordable prices and the benefits that the owners offer for their employees. The enviroment that they create for us is great and it reflects down on the satisfaction of our customers.

      Cons

      In my opinion, Consumer Cellular has very few flaws. The only bad experience has come from another employee and not the company itself.

      Pros

      Good pay. Great work atmosphere . Room for growth. I've worked for a lot of different call centers in the valley and Consumer Cellular is somewhere where you can have a career.

      Cons

      Sometimes dealing with elderly people can be rough but overall there way more positive experiences than negative.
