Flexible hours, good pay rate, free health insurance and room to grow within the company

Cons

Not enough employees in the morning shifts customer will complain about the hold time it takes 25-45 mins to get to a rep.

Pros

It's sales and troubleshooting. It's the least pressured sales job I have ever had. It's not cold calls. People are calling you because they heard about it wether it would be from a commercial or aarp magazine. It's general troubleshooting for older or technology challenged individauls. If you love helping your grandpa or your grandma setting up or fixing their phones then this might be your alley. They really take time to train you and want you to be as knowledgeable as possible with the products offered by Consumer Cellular.

Cons

Wish we could skip breaks to leave earlier.

You can always push yourself to grow with the company because the better you do and more you push yourself to do better, the better your pay will increases, and you can bonus more as you promote in positions.

Cons

Honestly its a great job I just think its unfair we get surveys back with a low score not because of the positive customer service we served the customers but because they were upset about something else.
