      They give money out randomly and always have food.

      Long hours, work weekends, pay is ok, trainers puts you right on the phones right away

      Extremely subjective management style. The owners business model is not followed by the management. To keep a job there you must sacrifice your principles and toe the line regardless if it’s right or wrong.

      I have worked with Consumer Cellular for many years now and I have to say that each year, it really does get better. The owners and leaders of the company are truly invested in not just making sure it is a good business, but a business that people want to come to and grow together. I look forward to continue my growth within the company and can't wait for what the future holds for Consumer Cellular.

      Cons

      Nothing really, regarding the company. Any concerns I have ever had, have really been more just my personal preference, but not really areas of concern for the company.
