Pros

There is the option to work from home for some people.

Cons

Constant management turnover, inadequate training and not enough time devoted to training, schedule changes done without worker's permission and despite worker's requests, frequent policy changes with little to no explanation or direction, and the usual detrimental effects to both physical and mental health that come with working in a call center environment.

Pros

The best part of consumer cellular would be the people you work with. Some of the friendliest people and management. Very supportive and empathetic. Lots of employee incentives with great benefits.

Cons

The company came under new ownership a couple years ago and they’ve changed the culture. While management is great, they’re doing what they’re told as well. High turn over due to people being burnt out due to unattainable expectations.
