      Pros

      They care about their employees and customers. The benefits are great and the founders are happy to talk with you like your a normal person.

      Cons

      The starting (base) hourly wage could be better. The way the OT works still does not equate to the service provided to the customers.

      Pros

      Easy to get hired. Decent shifts and OT availability

      Cons

      Training is very insufficient. Constant threats of being fired for something. Inflexible attendance policy. Management is not there for employee training and development. Management is only there to monitor employees. You will spend most of your "training" time alone and unaided on the phones. Corporation trying to pass itself off as a homegrown mom and pop type business.

      Pros

      Benefits are great and the people are really friendly.

      Cons

      Way too much training for sales (the easiest part) and not enough training for trouble shooting (the hardest part) Not enough TSSs and Supervisors for the trainees, customers sometimes had to wait an additional 10 minutes on hold while I found someone to help answer my questions.
