Pros

benefits but they are expensive

Management team will talk to you like you are stupid...they will refuse to take Sup Calls, no work life balance, little pay, employees here are not "happy" or they wouldn't be constantly quitting. training class of 26..after 3 weeks was 10 people...it really says something about the management and trainers. Carrer opportunities are high because people always quit

Benefits, bonus, great people who work there (not management)

Cons

No overtime for supervisors and above. No incentive to promote could make more of I stepped down

Pros

Consumer Cellular stands by their company values, especially "happy employees make happy customers."

Cons

The only constant is change. Though this is typical for the general work force, especially so for call centers.
