Pros
Good benefit that's about it. There's no pro . Made great friends despite management who doesn't want people to mingle.
Cons
The Phoenix office worst place to work. Since I had work for the main office Portland.Favoritism that's how they promote. After 2 years you get 34 cents raise. They make up things when they don't want to promote you. Cause management has their little favorite list. Even if those people know nothing and take advantage of the system. After 7 years and 4 in Phoenix this was the worst job I've ever had. When a company has lots of people quitting that been there forever. That should send a message to CEO. All is fake from caring for their employees. Your just a number.
